James G. Dorko, president of JD Enterprises,
As a 15-year builder of quality custom homes in the Tri-County area of the Miami Valley. As a master carpenter with a working knowledge of CAD design, bearing load structure analysis and general residential home construction, Jim can help the customer revise floor plans and specifications to address their specific lifestyle. He makes a concerted effort to assure that home-owners are comfortable with the process from the pre-construction meeting, a pre-drywall walk-through, to the final walk-through, and even after the sale. Jim prides himself in being available at any time to answer questions before and during the building process. Jim realizes that positive referrals by satisfied home buyers are a major influence on future sales.

A registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio (State Board for Engineers and Architects), John. has more than 40 years experience in product development prior to specializing in custom home building. John's holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering and a second Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
